* Please read this before you make a booking.

Booking

  1. Once we receive your <Rent-a-car Booking Form>, we will confirm your request and send an e-mail to you.We need to clarify your request. We may ask you necessary information related to the booking until it is completed.
  2. We will inform you about the payment after confirming the booking.
  3. We will send you the confirmation document by e-mail after approving the payment.
  4. We will accept booking request up to 5 business days.

Payment

  1. Payment shall be made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard). We will send you a credit card payment screen by e-mail. You need to fill up required information and complete the payment.
  2. Once payment is confirmed by the designated date, your booking will be confirmed. We will send you the confirmation document.
  3. Once the use of rental is started, there is no refund. Please refer to the condition of alteration and cancellation below.

Alteration・Cancellation

<Altercation>

  1. We will only accept alteration from the clients directly by e-mail.
  2. Altercation of the vehicle type or option will be accepted by e-mail during our business hour (10 am to 5 pm on Mon-Fri except holiday) up to 5 business days before the use. An e-mail after business hour, it will be handled next day.
  3. Before the use or departure (after 4 business days), if you would shorten the rental period or grade the requested car down, contact directly to the pick up shop by yourself. In that case, you will not get refund the balance. Also, if you would extend the rental period or grade the requested car up, contact directly to the pick up shop by yourself. The balance will be paid directly to the pick up shop. The balance will be set by the rental car company. Please understand that we may not able to meet your request depends on booking circumstance.
  4. If you would change the rental period after the use or departure, contact directly to the return shop by yourself. If the rental period shorten, you will not get refund the fee you already paid.
    If you would extend the rental period, the extension fee will be paid directly to the return shop. The extension fee will be set by the rental car company. Please understand that we may not able to meet your request depends on booking circumstance.
    Also, please understand that if you extend the rental period without permission of the return shop, you may be charged an additional penalty other than the extension fee. The extension fee and the penalty will be set by the rental car company.

<Cancellation>

  1. We will only accept alteration from the clients directly by e-mail.
  2. Cancellation will be accepted by e-mail during our business hour (10 am to 5 pm on Mon-Fri except holiday) up to each date according to the condition shown in the 【Cancellation Fee】 table below . An e-mail after business hour, it will be handled next day.
  3. If you contact directly to the pick-up shop for cancellation before the use or departure, you will not get refund the fee.
  4. Cancellation fee will apply for late arrival and cancellation of booking due to the transportation delay or any other reasons on the day of the use or departure.

Refund involved with alteration or cancellation

  1. We will refund to your credit card that you make a payment. We will do procedure of refund the next day of the cancellation. It may take some time to get refund depends on the procedures of the credit card company. (Please understand that it may take a month or two to get refund depends on the due date of credit card.)
  2. If alteration or cancellation fee are already applied, we will refund the rest of the amount after deducting the fee.
  3. If you have any questions about the date of refund or the details of your purchase, please ask the credit card company directly.

■Cancellation Fee

  • You are required to make a procedure at the pick-up shop on the day of the use or departure. In case you forget to bring your international driver’s license or bring outdated or copied license, you will NOT allowed to drive a car. Therefore, you are unable to rent a car. Make sure you have the valid license. In that case, we will charge you 100 % cancellation fee considered as on the day of the use. In case you lose your license during the trip, you will NOT continue driving. In that case, we will NOT return the balance due to reduction of the duration.

Others

  • You are required to make a procedure at the pick-up shop on the day of the use or departure. Make sure you have the valid license.
  • If there are multiple drivers while renting a car, please inform the staff at the reception counter. All drivers are required to have the international driver’s license.
    If a driver other than the confirmed at the reception causes an accident during the use, it will NOT be covered by insurance. Please be sure to inform reception about all drivers.
  • All cars are non-smoking. If you are detected smoking in a car, you may be charged a security deposit and penalty.
